Resigned on 6th August

So, I resigned the TCs on 6th August. I haven't got the onsite opportunity while the other teammate who joined with me in the same month got 3 times onsite opportunity. I decided to get out and seek the job outside. So, can I know what's the market conditions outside TCS. Are they hiring? Between its been 2+ years for me.
