If they are matching offers then only stay.

Ignore the onsite parameter. Onsite start date, duration can change anytime.

First ask yourself what's your priority ? If the risk of staying back can coincide with your priority? What's your backup plan if this doesn't work like the way you wish? How good are you at getting another offer ? ADB

Bro only if they say that over mail then only get retained. Don’t believe in their words. One of my colleague got retained and now they are saying that due to uncertain markets retained amount will be delayed

In my opinion one should accept the offer from the other company. One you go onsite the risk goes high as you come in high payment bracket This is purely my personal view, choice is yours

They will send you onsite for 6 months and then send back siting business conditions, it happened with my friend.
