Trending @Infosys; Resigned last month... Didn't get hike

Joined in Dec 2020 as JL5, got no promotion no hikes ever, got ME this year( have been ME always). resigned last Jan and Have not received any ongoing hike letter. Anyone on the same boat. Just curious to know of its with others as well.
