Resigned. Issue with client manager.

I have put paper around 45 days back. I have good offers. But client manager is expecting alot. I don't have any motivation to work. Simply doing few commits. TCS manager has not told the client about my resignation. Client manager has escalated my non performance to my manager couple of times. I am not sure what can happen as worst case scenario. Most probably if client manager releases me, I would either go to bench or will be in project as shadow resource giving KT to new guys that TCS might present to client.

When TCS informs client about my resignation when I am directly working with client. Also are there any tips or rules of thumb I should follow for clean release.
