Resigned in TCS without any offer
I'm not okay with my project it's support and they allocated me without my notice.when i asked,they told for C1 employee consent is not mandatory.Even i fight with Manager and HR still they refused to release.
I silently worked for 5 months and resigned looking for oppertunitys for outside.
Can we revoke resignation if i wont get any offer on last working day also? Please confirm any one revoked the resignation.
You can revoke resignation. But as an advise don't wait till last day if you want to revoke. One of my friend tried to revoke just 4 days before his lwd. But hr tried him maximum to convince not revike the resignation by saying so many excuses. He told hr to drop a mail mentioning all these details after that day itself his resignation revoke was accepted 🤣
