Resigned in TCS
I have submitted my resignation to TCS and requested a change to a different technology. The delivery manager called to discuss retention and whether TCS could accommodate my technology preference. Given that I have an offer for my desired technology from another company, will TCS agree to change my technology and offer retention?
Additionally, since I have an offer from another company, will TCS provide a salary hike along with the technology change, or is there a chance they might not offer either?
They will make you believe thier words and take back resignation But after that No one Will discuss or even attempt to do promised things to you. So dont wait and switch to ur new job and tech. btw congrats on ur new job
Yes, the OP should switch asap, don't fall for all their tricks , they will keep you around just for enough time till they find a replacement for you and will make you train the replacement, you can't avoid their commands ,
So better switch now
