
Resigned in Mid Aug- & LWD 15 Oct
Hi I resigned TCS on 15 August, and my LWD is 15 October. Project requirement too much changing, I.e like Client Demo is scheduled in 7th day from today, My module is ready to demo, deployed in UAT, Tester tested , everything working as expected. But 2nd day we get news requirements change and Figma design need to update .
It’s too frustrating. Where all team members putted extra time, working in weekends to work done.
But later on get to know. That we further changes needed.
Micro Management is also there. Now you guys are getting daily news of TCS layoffs.

Ever changing requirements are everywhere not just in TCS, micromanagement is skill of managers and you will find in mostly all managers. Client is paying so client will ask for changes anytime.
You need to figure out how you want to handle these situations

Clients can ask for endless changes , but they should also bear with the time and cost needed, and too much changes mean requirements are not very clearly gathered and conveyed to the team.

Sounds like my project, but what I did .. I will l3ss work , pretend to not understand.. sometimes I work hard n pretend to be overwhelmed with work.. but do normal work, let other take the burden, who want to be highlighted more, not questioning before production releases on code freeze date, accepting bs and implementing new changes n requirements.. not questioning anything.. not highlighting any concern.. they want work , i will pretend, I do hwlp team, but with my salary... I m not doing this shiit show..
