Trending @Infosys; Resigned in Infosys | no discussions with the man | she started looking for my replacement but no one was ready to be a replacement for me
I have resigned in Infosys and it's been one month. And my manager was looking for a replacement within a week of my resignation, but every one in the team said, I cannot be a replacement because the work is so hard in his role. My concern is if my manager couldn't find a replacement, do I need to serve more days (more than (90 days). Let's say I have resigned on March 25th and LWD is June 25th. (While initiating e-separation itself, it shows my last working day).
Required inputs appreciated. Thanks

And hope it won't be extended since my manager couldn't find my replacement.
My question is- is this my responsibility to search for my replacement within the team and give KTs to them? Or it's a complete project/reporting managers responsibility to look for my replacement?

Whatever date it shows in esep portal is lwd

I said to the recruiter that my manager is going to release me in 60 days ( may approve 60 days Notice Period). Then I got the interview, and was selected in the interview.
And I informed the project manager, and resigned. (Since I don't have a good rapo with the reporting manager). And immediately my reporting manager started looking for my replacement and she failed in finding the correct replacement. So just thinking, it's been one month and no replacement yet. So concerning if there is an impact in my last working day.

No changes happens. Enjoy NP 😃✌️ My LWD is 20th May ;)

No change in LWD

Why you resigned bro? Any specific reason ? Do you have an offer in-hand or are you searching after resignation? Becz no one is accepting 90 days of NP.
