Resigned from TCS within 1.5 years and joined new organization.
Hi all,
Just to update you all guys. I have resigned from TCS and got the release within 10 days. I was reporting to RMG and asked my RMG and HR for early release. Chased them continuously to get the early release and finally got it. I have joined new organization now.
I joined TCS 1.5 years back and left due to no growth and bad environment.
You are project manager means must be more than 13-14 years of experience, good to know you got opportunity outside. Your technology? I am in same boat, very wrong decision to join TCS. By hearing 25/25 joined tcs n they totally forgot about their own statement and promises, they behaving like political parties now, just give promises but never fulfilled 😆
Yes I wad working as project manager and engagement owner. I was responsible for end to end project manager and delivery. Collaboration with customer and on-site team and make sure that project is on time and deliveries are sent on time.
True, no growth nothing I can see here. Once we join at C3B then forget about any further promotions.. appraisal...n on top of that getting reduced out CTC by deducting variable
Correct.
I thought of staying longer here.but seeing the behavior of TCS towards their employees with no positive things i had to move.
They are doing whatever they want without considering employee's issues and aspirations. On top of that reduced variable, less in-hand salary, 5 days WFO. Seeing this I can say that bad days are ahead for TCS. No good employees will stay here.
Great decision I am also looking for the same but I joined recently its been 3 month
I would suggest to take some time and then decide weather you want to stay or move.
I also had the same feeling of leaving after joining TCS.

I have total 14+ years experience.
Ì joined TCS as my 4th company but my experience was worst with TCS till now as compared to all my previous companies. I joined in April 2023 and left Oct 2024.
