Resigned from Tcs Again
TCS retained me in December, matched my Deloitte offer. Today I received an offer from Accenture and now I decided to move out from Tca. I am a C3B, Data Engineer Architect. Accenture offered me a Technology Architect Manager role. Any thoughts to everyone whether it is a correct Decision or not?

I have one question regarding the retention offer. Was the 20% matched in line with the Deloitte offer? Also, how has this 20% been distributed across the compensation components such as fixed pay, variable pay, and retention bonus? Could you please clarify?
