At times it is possible, But my suggestion would be to move out, TCS does not have good future for employees. It's too uncertain

Possible. But recommendation is to move on and join new company

Done the same thing with one associate, post 2-3 months supervisor asked him to hand over his work to another associate & within 5 months he got released from the project , do not accept the offer even if they are matching
