Resigned from TCS

I resigned a month back from TCS and I have another offer from Capgemini. I am currently in Delhi but the new offer is for the Hyderabad location. My current ctc is 17 and the new offer is of 22 LPA. Is it worth relocating to Hyd with only a 20 percent hike. I feel Delhi is cheaper and closer to my native. My YOE is 7.

Hyderabad is lot more costly compared to delhi. Imo it's not worth to relocate for just merely 20%.
