Bro; I do this every time, leaving without offer chances of getting higher packages go up as you can join immediately and trust this has benefit me every time

First they put me in a project which wasnt related to my unit at all. Then I requested them to release from the project which they denied. I also requested them to put me AINA, as this IJP policy was introduced after my joining, which didnt consider my time period in any project and I wasnt able to clear that IJP criteria of "min 18 months project engagement" (i was released from previous project due to demand cut from client along with others), then they also declined to increase my comp as there has been no market base correction since ive joined (its been 2.5 years)

And most fucking important reason of all, ill rather be jobless and focus on my interest (Gen Ai) rather than doing a meaningless job daily because the truth is I can do whatever I want because I am financially free. i dont have meaningless iphone, macbook, car, home EMIs.

I was just doing it till now to stay employed (follow society norms, and keep parents happy by following those norms) but yea, Fuck Societal norms
