Resigned from my role a while ago and currently serving notice period
During this phase, I have faced repeated pressure around medical leave (asked for documentation even for single-day sick leaves) and escalation to HR. There is also continued push to take up new work items without proper KT, with expectations to commit timelines in front of clients despite clearly flagging gaps and asking for support.
The environment during notice period has become extremely stressful, and it feels more about pressure than transition or knowledge transfer.
Wanted to understand from the community — is this a common experience during notice period? How can I handle such situations professionally while exiting?

It seems like I’m reading my own story. Currently in notice period and I’m made team lead in addition to that I’m asked to lead a migration project for which They just submitted a quotation and project starts last week of Feb and guess what? My LWD is first week of March and team doesn’t have adequate bandwidth nor skillset to atleast handle BAU activities 😂

This is not so common. But exit calmly and peacefully. Try to answer it in a diplomatic way.
