Trending @Capgemini; Resigned from Capgemini!

I resigned yesterday bcz I got an offer from my client company. Now I can't wait for the notice period to be over. What can I do to enjoy my last 90 days at Capgemini?

Is it legally correct to work for your client?

Yes, as far as I know from my client, there's a policy called "contract to hire". After you've completed 1 year at CG, both companies can talk and discuss this. I have to serve 90 days np.

Cool I asked this question as I am facing same scenario but in my OL its mentioned you cannot join client. And I am not sure at the upper level what they're upto. Anyways thanks for the clarification.

First things first, Have fun! DO NOT go to office.

If you wanna learn something, do it. Capgemini has access to Coursera, Pluralsight, Udemy etc.

Otherwise, go on a workation, have a drink, go for a hike, or just sit and watch a movie/series everyday!

Do you mind sharing your hike percentage?

40% hike on fixed. I'm C1 at CG with 21 lpa CTC. New CTC is 30.
