Resigned during pip
Hi all What if someone resigns during the pip 3 month cycle do tcs accept resignation or do they mention pip in the relieving letter or experience letter?

In pip when you have been asked to resign or if you resign on your own before you'd forced to do especially for not showing any improvements in pip,then you'd be relieve you without any fuss even including the remarks from their end but if you face termination mainly happens when you aren't accepting to resignation which has been asked to do so then you'd will relieved but with bad remarks which may pose a challenge when applying for other companies impacting your career..
My previous Manager gave me D .....my new project manager got mail to initiate pip against she don't want to raise pip against me she gave my good review but co-operate hr is saying mandatorily initiate pip
I don't know if pip is getting raise against I trying to get another job before this

What benefit are you expecting you will get by avoiding PIP ?.
If your new manager is supporting you, no nee harm will come in your way.
The mention of PIP won't be shown in your experience or relieving letter. So, if you resign during PIP, better to upskill for getting a job outside the organization as many doors will open.
