Trending @Wipro; Resigned during free pool but not getting early release
I was in free pool since may 1st.. in between I had resigned as I got an offer.. when I asked HR for an early release she is not agreeing even though I'm on the bench.. I had asked her about 45 days lop she said that it won't be applicable for me as wipro will bear the cost in this case..
I had asked multiple times for early release but she is not agreeing.. I don't understand why they are not releasing
Wipro doesn't want you to be happy in life
Do one thing ask hr to send her resume and ask her manager resume.Directly Tell them that I have found a good opportunity for you in the next organisation.If you have a common group with HR ask in that group everyone will reply.In next two days you will be out of wipro .
You will get a call in a week and they will say this is your last day please submit formalities. ..wait for it
