Resigned due to a family medical emergency but...

Resigned by mentioning my father's medical condition to managers. They advised me to take long leave instead of release from the project. But truly the doctor's certified that there should be one attendee with my dad for 24*7 support. I directly mailed hr that i need immediate relieve from tcs on medical and family grounds. Hr convinced but still the project people are discussing. But honestly i have no time. I can support only for max 10 days. Beyond that i can't be available. I have to take care of my father. Doctors provided medical certificate for easier release. Even in this situation they're making discussions. So , how to get immediately relieved and what to text. Already resigned and provided medical documents which are required.

Take care of your father bro , TCS or any of manager doesn't care about your urgency. Telling from my personal experience

Only you can understand the urgency, No third person can gauge the seriousness . They will keep on discussing and discussing, better go back to your father , take care of him, These TCS tricks will keep one happening . Your dad needs you ,I pray he recovers soon

So I will tell you what has happened with me my grandfather fell in June and my project ended and I got new project but those guys never said about shift timings and all
I got temp allocation after 26 days in bench then just 5 mins before client eval I got to know second or night shift options which prevented me from taking care of my grandpa
I had network issue twice in client eval but call went for 26-28 mins but later hr said team remarked me as deliberate sabotage which i didn't do
Then next time I said directly I can't do in second shift I need general shift and manager and delivery managers were like local goons all 3 hrbp and these 2 ppl came in the call to basically harass me at their best and noted smallest of the smallest things which I said and twisted them and put it into the email saying non coduct and this and that according to tcs policy
I had Saturday Sunday and also I had mom meeting call recordings so went through it for 12-16 hrs drafted a big a$$ beautiful reply
Then in separate email to hr I gave some medical docs of both hip bones crashing xray Basically the email said join from Monday or else face consequences so I said I will if you give general shift
Then week goes by he comes back asking for more documents again on Friday
Went Saturday Sunday to the hospitality told the surgeon he wrote like life time dependency and i have asked from day 1 to release me to rmg
So now I am getting again 100 of calls to join different project but they all have odd timings
I gave recent medical certificate fitness certificate all the bills prescriptions So that hrbp has finally shut his mouth

I have been on leave for 2 weeks already. HR is pushing project team to release me. I am just waiting for it. Thank you for the concern and prayers brother.

Once you put papers don't thik much. You stop supporting let them see ebst they can do, seeing u not support and with medical docs they won't make a fuss.

I also have medical condition serious but my HR Project managr is sending me a medical documents but they are saying I m making fake documents but they did by tata 1mg then they simply agreed for one month now that are again humiliating me to come to office
