Resigned but got additional responsibility in notice period
I’m C1 grade with 4 years of experience and resigned a month ago as I have offer with ~38% hike . 2 weeks later I got to know my team lead was also on Notice period and left the org. Now, I’m given the responsibility to manage the team and give the team rating while being on notice period.
Client wants me to lead the team but I respectfully declined. Now I’m managing team, hiring my ex-lead and my replacements along with my usual work.
It sucks.
PS: only good part is that I’m working from home.

Yes, ratings is given by person you have assigned as manager in speed. Band is decided by reviewer and HR.
