Resigned as i m moving to UK after marriage and looking for onsite there

I have completed 1.3 years in Tcs and I need to move to Uk post my marriage as my fiancé stays there.

I did not get any support for onsite from my current project JLR which is UK based project. Also according to Tcs policies you should complete 2 years tenure to be eligible for unpaid leave or onsite opportunities.

Also i did not get release from the project as I wanted to try onsite through RMG. The date of my wedding is approaching and i did not have any option but to resign from Tcs.

No personal support provided from Tcs end.

I understand your frustration. TCS has strict policies, and sometimes support is lacking. Moving to the UK is a big step. Ensure you have a solid plan before resigning. Good luck.
