Resigned and was asked
Hi Guys, I have resigned tcs but management is asking to report, the core reason for my resignation is all 5 days because I lost my father recently and I only have mother and grandmother of 90 years to take care so my lead is asking what to do next any suggestions they are telling during np no wfh
Actually I resigned in a phase where they wanted to move to another team internally and they revoked all access to the old project I was working on and it seems they already raised a request for new project access so right now I don't have work even if I report their and LWD is 8th of August
If you have sick leave etc apply those I won't need to tell you how....
Rest at max you will loose some qva ... Post leave exhausted send mail to hr for WFH for elderly care I am sure you can share some medical doc for their illness etc...
In all these mail mail your 3 month will be passed
First of all sorry for your loss . Family always come first , keep doing WFH at max your QVA will only get deducted. So don't worry and take care of your family.
