Resigned after 6.5 years

Working in Tcs from fresher. Resigned now. Even though package here is low and my ex colleagues are getting way better than mine. Still i want to stay in TCS. Why is it very hard for me to leave. Any thoughts?

Most of them...not all ..u can check work culture with Glassdoor ambition box and current employees

Who told tcs is comfortable? There are people continuously burning their ass out for longer period. Im one among them and there are resignations happening left right and centre here a d resignations are birnes our seasoned skilled people and management don't give a shot about it too. They think they can manage the account with the new talents and people they recruit from outside
