Resigned !!!!

Finally, I resigned from TCS after 5 years and 2 months. I received an offer from Accenture with more than a 150% hike, so I decided to leave TCS. Now, TCS managers and HR are asking me for the reasons for my resignation.

Should I tell them the harsh truth?

They force me to come to the office 5 days a week, track attendance like some grad colleges or schools,

Deduct hard-earned money from salaries under the new Return to Office Compliance policy.

Even though I go to the office twice a week, I waste 13 hours of my day (9 hours in the office + 4 hours commuting).

The internet connectivity inside the ODC is horrible.

I received a predetermined band despite putting in more than 100% effort.

When I asked for promotion (ITA), they became silent and avoided the topic.

OR shall I give them a single statement - 'You guys already know why I am leaving and smile 😊'

Give them the the reasons. This will help others in the team. They should know what team members are feeling.

In Accenture also you need to go office every day and there also you will waste hours in commuting. So don't think much about what TCS did.

Focus on your technology and salary what is you getting .

DancingLlama

No one's gonna give a call to accept the 90 Days Notice Period. Apply for the roles directly on the Company Career Portal.

So you are saying that, we will be getting calls when applied through company's career portal.
