Resigned- advice needed.

I just sent a resignation mail. I have not yet received a call from HR or Manager (maybe they don’t want to retain me). If I receive the call from them promising better pay and position than the current offer in hand, Is it advisable to consider it? Or is it just that they will not fulfil it later? Wanted to know as it’s my first resignation 😅. Thank you!

If u are resigning after having an offer than good .. otherwise reconsider.. Having something in hand is better than having nothing at all.

Only sick leave is allowed to take.duri g resignation. If you take other leaves then you will have to serve more days.
