Trending @Infosys; Resignation without offer letter

I have completed 3 years at Infosys, but I didn’t get promoted. The work culture is quite boring, and the projects are not interesting either. For the past few months, I’ve been giving interviews and receiving interview calls, but most companies are not okay with my notice period. So, I’m thinking of resigning. What should I do?

Be patient sometimes things takes time ,try to crack interviews for service based companies ,generally they agree for 3months NP.If you’re are pretty much confident with your preparation for interview than you can go ahead and put resignation and search for jobs. They are ample opportunities in the market. I did the same ,it took me 4 months to crack my first interview, but now I am holding 5+ offers with more than 100%hike .

If you feel that resignation is only stopping you from moving ahead in your career & you have good family support then you can resign and start giving interviews. Fail & learn , u will succeed. But take limited risk, if you don't have confidence then don't resign, as it will backfire.. choice is yours 🤞
