Trending @Accenture; Resignation without offer letter?
I did not received any hikes/promotion in last two years, they simply said you will get the hike in the next eligible cycle from last 4 cycles they are using the same excuse that market is down and all shit. I want to resign without any offer letter and do job hunting referral and apply through networks. Any suggestions ?

I haven't received it for 3 years. But I would suggest to get at least one offer and then resign. Otherwise one can get desperate an anxious.

Resign definitely. You would have 3 months just to focus on skill revision and crack an interview. I hope you get the new job in new year mate

If you don't have any big commitments just go ahead and resign without an offer. But be ready to accept there is a possibility of being jobless for a month or two. It's a touch and go sometimes considering the current market situation

I think there will be a way that you can serve 1 month and you can pay the money for remaining 2 months period ðŸ«

Market is bad will always be there and as the years grow your appetite to take risk will decrease

What's ur tack stack and experience? I m also feeling the same notion but have a fear of not getting any offer or not. I have 4.9yrs of experience n working only on support projects.
