Trending @Infosys; Resignation without offer - Good idea ?
Hello everyone! I have 8 years of experience as a software QA and am currently looking for job opportunities outside Infosys. I’ve been applying to jobs regularly on platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any responses yet. I believe this might be due to my 90-day notice period. 🤔
I’m considering resigning without having another offer in hand. What are your thoughts on this? Is it a good idea?

I have resigned without offer in hand. I need 45 days more to leave infy. But people still rejecting my profile as I am not an immediate joiner. There are limited opportunities with huge expectations. Don’t resign until unless you are working under toxic manager or you have very less package.
Quit quit from this hell hole. Take your life and run. Infosys never does anything good for it’s employees
If you have bank balance to feed you for next 3-4 months and you are technically prepared for interview then only resign without offer. For sure you will have good number of interview calls once you are immediate joiner.
