Trending @Accenture; Resignation without Offer
Day by Day its very difficult to work her. My manager is too toxic, disrespectful, its hard to work her. Any suggestions how is the market If I will put down my paper without offer

Honestly same. My manager is horrible to deal with and she doesn't even know the difference between full-blown implementation and retrofit. She is making us do full implementation and calling it retrofit and not understanding the challenges at all.

Kind of same here… I could clearly see the down fall of Accenture. They are treating existing resources very badly literally making us sick. Once a great place to work turning into a worst place to work

Most women manager will same. Luckily my last women manager was pretty good

It's not about one project and one manager and the type of work, expectation they set from us... I am also fed up of Accenture or may be IT industry I feel, still not sure about other orgz but for me due to two roles, a lot of hectic schedule and work and no appreciation and no hike I thought of to change the project but before doing that they put me in PIP (June '25), later I asked for rolled off and joined new account, now again the same story... No idea why these managers are so pathetic... Now I don't want to change the project, I wanted to change the company from long ago but was not getting any opportunity, calls etc... Now also due to 90 days, very less calls I get and thinking to resign without offer but still unsure what should I do because anyways this Dec also I am not eligible for variable pay. Please help me to come out of it. Thanks

Same for me. I'm targeted for pip. They are adding negative feedback in tools to support. I don't know how to tackle this and fully under pressure.

Resign in November. Then you'll be available for hiring in January. Jan-Mar there is a hiring uptick.

Accenture going to be down for sure

Put down papers after getting another job

Same for me as well.
No acknowledgement for before time task completion.
