Trending @Accenture; Resignation without offer.
I am dealing with mental anxiety right now and want to resign immediately. Will that be okay I don't work on my notice period.
I need to reset and upskill. Because every day I just dragging it.
If you believe your skills then put resign and upskill. Simultaneously apply for other jobs.....

Bro if you are not fully skilled and can not crack the interview then please dont resign. And wtf you are talking about stress.. you are not going to hang if something is not done or delay. Learn to manage things with diplomacy and improve yourself to deal such things.. otherwise on seniour level you will litterly sucide.

Thanks for your advice.

Prepare on weekends. Evry day spend some tims for preparation.if u resign u will be even more stressed. And you still need to work here for 3 months.nothing will change in your notice period.only last few weeks you will get some free time

I would say keep upskilling and keep interviewing then once youâve an offer then resign. Initially if you get offer from TCS, Infosys etc also then too it is fine as it will keep your anxiety low. Once you're towards end of you notice period you'll be more skilled cause you're continuously upskilling and since you're already Serving notice period chances of recruiter selecting your profile will become higher. Then that TCS, Infosys etc offer will help you negotiate a better offer and will always give you leverage cause you will hold power to walk away from any offer which doesn't suits you.

I agree. Since I am mentally exhausted with the job.. and that's y I am thinking.. it is getting hard to show up...

Bro Resign and avoid logging in during your notice period. Instead, focus on preparing for interviews. If someone messages you, donât feel pressured to respond immediatelyâreply only when you have time, and then shut down your laptop. They canât really do much at this stage. Just stay strong and keep a focused mindset -- Jo ukhadna h ukhad le𦾠while serving your notice period

Job market is not so good right now... Only think of resigning when you feel confident enough that you can crack interviews.. before that try preparing 1 hr on weekdays & 3-5 hrs on weekends.. no need to stress yourself, keep believing in yourself... You will become a better person in your professional life, keep trying..
