I joined Accenture a month ago and have already been assigned to a project. However, I want to resign because I received an offer from another company B with better pay.

I told Company B that I joined Accenture a month ago, but they are still ready to onboard me. Will this create any issues at Accenture?

No issue at all. You have one month notice period when you are on probation. These companies don’t think a lot about employees, you shouldn’t either.
