Resignation withdrawal query
I resigned and was released from my project after 30 days. Before the release, I sent a withdrawal email as now I can not relocate in new org due to family urgency. but HR said it’s difficult to accept. Added rmg but RMG hasn’t responded, and I’ve been unallocated for 7 days, still going to the office. HR said if I find a project then it’s fine, but no prj call yet. Is there still a chance to accept my withdrawal?
Its alright, even if they don't accept go ahead with new job and keep trying to switch to your city in parallel
Got one offer. But o other city me tha. Me socha ki last 1 month NP, kohi acha job mil jaiya ga. But resignation ke 20 din me manager release kar dega iya problem kar diya .
