Trending @Capgemini; Resignation withdrawal can I request HR to reject at his queue?

I have raised resignation withdrawal request and it's approved by my supervisor and pending with HR and now I feel I should continue with resignation bcoz I'm already having another offer. now my supervisor can increase my notice period if he got to know that requested to reject withdrawal request at HR desk??
