Hi fellas, just wanted to know If I put my paper, can I take it back. Also how to put paper directly in e-separation portal or mail to manager/HR.

Mail to manager/HR dose not count unless request raised in e-separation portal. If you want to put paper raise request in e-separation. You can take it back on the last day also if hr/manager approves it.

Any way to reduce it by 30 days atleast. Is buyout possible?

Depends on manager and project if they agreed then you can be released early
