Hi all, Can we withdraw our resignation if we are not willing after some duration post Resignation.
For example I am resigning for my higher education. And then I could get admission or I am not willing to go for the course. Now I have to withdraw my resignation is it possible?

Yes you can withdraw but your manager and DM needs to be approved, it totally depends on your value, for me client wanted me to join they stopped onboarding of other candidates and started my onboarding
No got any hike or promotion they didn't gave anything for your information
You can withdraw it but it would require approval from your manager
If they didn't accept your resignation you may withdraw.
Alternatively you cal apply for long leave
