Can anyone suggest, do we need to serve three months notice when we resign while we are on bench?

But why r u resigning while on bench….after 35 days they will automatically give u resignation and 5 months salary…

You sure they are giving 5 months salary because my bench days are now 33 I have 2 more days as per your comment

If you r above PA level then 35-55 days and sure they will ask you for resignation

It's officially 90 but HR can reach out to you once you resign and they can give you option for early release. And, if you are looking to move out then don't take a project here so that you can leave early.

Not sure. They are very eager to reduce stale profiles..they are already bench people to leave so if someone on bench resigns they also want them to leave.
