Resignation while on allocation

What would be the NP I need to serve if I resign at the time of a project onboarding. I moved from the fluidity list to a support project and currently BGC is going on. If I resign now, will I need to serve a full NP?

It all depends upon the account and client.

In some cases, they may feel that they need to find a replacement in only 90 days.

While others think , they may lose the reputation with the customer that the new associate has to be trained and give all knowledge transfer and will lose the candidate in 90 days.

Typically, in most scenarios, they release you from the account if it's a client facing role.
