Trending @Wipro; Resignation while being on bench

If we give resignation while being on bench will we still go through loss of pay after 45 days. Since notice period is 45 days, will they give us salary for our entire notice period?

No you will not go on lop if you have resigned but you will have to serve your entire np

Just to be clear I'm saying let's say I completed 30 days on bench and after that I decide to give the resignation, so from that day till 3 months would be my notice period, would I be paid for thatm
