I don't have any offer in my hand currently. Due to notice period even if I get calls they are asking for 30 days or buy out option. I couldn't not face the interview experience as well due to this. Last week attended an interview it gave me some confidence. If I pass or fail still I want to gain the interview experience atleast. And the more I delay again if it takes 2-3mons to drop resignation then mid of November freezing period will start I won't get opportunity like I get now. How to handle this situation? And in work front I don't have good relationship with manager. Everyday whatever work I do he finds fault and taunted me alot till performance appraisals meeting. Now I am just working only for 9hrs not extending even 20mins. And I lost interest to work as I made my mind to move on and due to his behaviour. My query is "Is that good idea to drop resignation at the moment?". I was thinking to drop if he comes again to pick a fight with me the next day I will resign but now am confused.
Nobody in my team talking with me and I feel very weird of it because he was the one who made the team to behave like that he thinks it will increase productivity if people always picks a fight. I don't feel like working anymore here because I lost interest. Please pour your suggestions.

Put your notice period as one month on Naukri. When recruiters call, just tell them your project is ending in 15 days and you’ll be on the bench after that. Say that once you're on the bench, your notice period will be very short — like a week max — and you’ve seen others in the same situation, so you’re pretty sure it'll be the same for you.
This can help you get more interview calls. Once that happens, either you crack the interview and get an offer, or at the very least, you get some solid interview experience — which is still a win. And honestly, if a company wants to hire you, they’ll give you an offer letter with a 3-month joining timeline anyway. No one gives an offer based only on the hope that you’ll be released early.
So yeah, saying your project is ending soon is a bit of a gamble, but it’s a good one. Worst case, you get some recruiter calls and gain interview practice. Best case, you land an offer. Either way, it keeps your confidence up and things moving.

Thank you very much for taking time and providing this idea. I will definitely try your suggestions and it sounds good. But there is 1 catch here if am dropping resignation and show 30days they are asking for pic like a proof. In such cases am getting trapped 😔

I think you should go for it now. Also in November as well you can get any opportunity as early joiner by then bcoz the more you stay the more you might regret.what is your total yoe and ctc?

It's 8yrs and 11LPA

I regret even now because I could see there are many walk in drives going on and they are expecting 30-60days joinee and immediate joiner. Last week I lost 3 walk in drives due to my np. But at the same moment I also worried what If I couldn't not to secure even 1 offer letter.
Go for it now , people with less than 30 days of notice period are getting multiple calls now

Go on a holiday for a week. Exhaust all ur sick leaves.
If you find plenty of mails directed to you, that means you are important.
Else, if you resign , org will put you on PIP and release in 29 days

I don't think so my project will release me in 30days. There is a dependency so they can't think about it as of now. Yeah I have 9 leaves balance still. Thinking about it to exhaust

If you have enough savings to survive 6 months without a job, take a leap of faith and resign.
You will get a good offer within the notice period itself, otherwise you will be an immediate joiner attend walkins and get a job.
11 LPA qt 8 YOE is very low, you can easily double your package.

I can manage my family upto 2mons without my income. But still only on that aspect I can't waste my time as well with 90days NP shit
