I'm getting released from an ongoing Billable opportunity from Aug 30th and I'm parallel giving interviews outside the organisation.

If I have any offers in hand can I get the release from Wipro without my notice period like to join in other organisation from Sept 1st week?

When you give interviews, mention that the official notice is 3 months, and as you are relieving from the project, you can negotiate. Once offer is in hand and you are on bench then discuss with HR

You are required to serve for the next 3 months. No other options.

Keep the offer in hand first and wait until you get the release from project to get on to bench. And immediately put a resignation you will get the release from Wipro in a week or two.
