But tbh if you have fixed on jumping dont look back. Saw multiple posts in Glassdoor itself where people are scammed with retention being verbally or even on email cited but in actually it all comes in VP.

Why would you want to stay in an org that would trick their employees into staying? Jump and get out of comfort zone. Greatness will follow.

Personally, I believe if you decide to put down papers never ever look back unless you are in any of the magnificent 7.
