Can someone please tell me if we can take our resignation back in last 10-15 days of notice period?
Is it okay if we say no to our old project while taking resignation back and then ask for other projects?
Depends on the manager and hr who is involved in the current account
You can do that , but it all depends on your manager , you can get roll off to other project in whichever skill / domain your interested in . But I would suggest you to have a good rapport with your manager , so that he sends you to a good project .
As per the policy resignation can be taken even before one day, but if the backfill is already identified and onboarded then it all depends on your manager whether to say bye to you or hold or move the externally hired candidate to another team.
You can do even on last day, one of my colleague revoked on last day of NP
I heard that if you plan to revoke, then you need to do it atleast 15 days before your last day. Because they start revoking all the portal's access when there is 7 days left for your last day
