If we resign and if we want to take our papers back at the end, is it possible at Accenture?
We can take back our resignation even on the last day of our Notice period
Don’t give people false hopes . I’m working in Genysis account in Accenture. We have not allowed a similar case in our team. We have asked her to take back the papers in her first month of notice period which she denied. And the same girl wanted to join back Accenture in her 3rd month of notice period and we have not agreed because by then a new resource has already joined.
So the answer is NO

Depends on the deal and the joining of the replacement resource. Ideally you can still revoke your resignation till there is a communication happening between your HRBP and your People Lead for retention.
You can , in my project 5 people resigned and 3 took back before last 10 days . Even after that project give you roll off as they hire new resource you can check new project .
Resignation withdrawal need approval from people lead, HR and leadership.

No you can’t revoke the resignation on your own. To revoke you need contact your HR People advisor and she will inturn send email to Accenture leadership for approval.
You can take back the resignation in first month of your notice period. Beyond that you cannot take it back.
