Resignation revocation
I got an offer in a company but they want me join within 45 days. I am not sure if TCS would allow me to leave within that time. In case I risk it and resign right away, can I take back resignation in case things go bad. What would be the time frame to take back resignation and what are the impacts(time I should stay at TCS before resigning again).
Well, TCS notice period policy is quite strict and they usually do not release early. But if you can take a project release, then it can be possible. Coming to the resignation withdrawal process- Yes, you can withdraw your resignation even on 89th days and there’s no problem. But I would suggest you to take it back at least a week before so that the rest of the separation workflow gets stopped.
And is there any cooling period to resign again?
