When we serve notice period 3 months of we did not receive any offer from another company we can return our resignation last month of notice period.?

Please let me know if anyone knows about this.

Yes you have every right to withdraw your resignation even it gets approved by the approvers. HR might ask you the reason for withdrawal so give them a good reason.
