Trending @Accenture; Resignation rescind

There used to be a policy in Accenture that once we put our resignation, we can still take that back if the management agrees. There are some terms and conditions attached to it though. Does anyone have any idea if it is still valid? And if this policy still exists , is it just on paper ? Or it can really work?

Everything is possible, but lately Accenture and their managers are informed not to take resignation back, they want to remove as many people as possible, even if they are good resource.
