Trending @HCL; Resignation Relieving

If I have already applied for leaves from 20th December to 31st December and I happen to resign in the week of 14th December will that create any complications in my relieving. Would the applied leaves be considered in my 90 days of notice period? Considering it is anyways shut down period.

Leaves are not allowed in np. You can request your RM that these were planned leaves and you are ready to payout for these days to get relieving towards the end so that np won't be extended.
