Resignation regarding with out consent allocated project
Hi team, this is my 3rd year in TCS and I have 7 years of experience but unfortunately I am still in C1 band. August 31st I had released from the project and got calls and attended one project call and cleared evaluation but unfortunately I received allocation from another project with out my consent. Which I given consent and evaluation that project still waiting for me. Now manager and HRBP harassing to report to that project. I sent multiple mails but they are not convincing. Finally I decided to give the resignation. If I give resignation whom I can keep as a manager? Current reporting manager?
Check in the ultimatrix speed portal. Who is your current manager and hr and check with the current project hr and the manager is the same or not. If not please update the current manager and hr details.Than send resignation mail
Is there any chance to fight for to get another allocation which I am interested. Because I have short allocation only for current project.
Yes you can fight and ask for release. If still not listen to your words you can create a graviance in your topic they will release else provide solution fast
Same happened with me i fought with allocated project HR told directly i won't work and it will impact your project, as an employee i too have some rights i am not someone's slave. If you think you cà n fight for your rights no one can stop you rest anyone can work like slaves in corporate and die, no one cares

Send to your HRBP ccing your supervisor
Keep your HRBP in mail, managers should be in cc
Stop receiving their calls and dont reply for 2-3 days they will offboard u... they also have to reply to the client.
