Resignation Query HIS

I have my LAST WORKING DAY in next 2 weeks One of the HIS Cashless claim for my father is under Process I have got an email from seperation HR that all claims shall be closed before the LWD, What happens if claim is not closed till LWD. Has someone faced the same issue before

Any suggestions or guidance will be a great help for me.

There is detail document present present in ultimatix -> employee service -> HR policy hub-> separation kit . There they have mentioned clearly about claims go and check there for your reference
