Once I resigned, Who all will call and ask me to withdraw resignation considering I am a critical resource. Because Once I resigned from my previous job , My manager and M+1 , M+2, And the manager who hired me all were asking me to withdraw resignation till last day , I don't want to happen that kind of mental torture here at CTS #JustAsking
Same story in every organization. Nobody cares until you drop the paper. And everyone will call you once you drop the paper and will ask to withdraw the resignation. The same happened in my last organization and will definitely happen the same now in CTS as I'm about to drop the paper 😅.
