Resignation Query

My friend’s manager has initiated her resignation in system and it’s pending for approval on HRBP since 4 days. Is that normal? She hasn’t received any call as well from HRBP.

It's general rule not to call any resigned associates for atleast 1 week . Anyways notice period is 3 months so why you are in hurry . Any experienced manager never call any associate for atleast 7 days .

After dropping resignation mail. You don't have to do anything. Just sit relax have tea and enjoy your np. They will do everything.
